Studio Policies

Every class requires a reservation. All bookings, changes and cancellations go through your member account, online or in the ONYX Pilates app. Emailing or messaging the studio does not count.

You may hold one active booking per day. Waitlist spots do not count toward that limit.

• 12 or more hours before class: cancel or change with no fee. Your credit returns to your account and keeps its original expiration date.
• Late cancellation or change, inside 12 hours: $10 fee. Your credit returns to your account, which can take up to 48 hours.
• No-show: $25 fee, and your credit is forfeited. Calling the studio after class has started still counts as a no-show.

To cancel, sign in and go to Bookings, then Upcoming Bookings. Select your booking and choose Cancel.

We do not issue refunds for classes.

Be in the studio and checked in at the front desk 5 minutes before class starts. For your first class, arrive 15 minutes early for the reformer walkthrough. A first-time member who arrives later than that cannot join the class.

Late entry is not permitted. If you arrive after check-in closes, your spot may be released to a standby member and your credit is forfeited. You may stand by for a later class that day if space is available.

A booking that is not checked in is treated as a no-show.

When a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, everyone on the waitlist gets a text and an email. The first member to accept gets the spot.

Accepting a waitlist spot commits you to the class. The cancellation and no-show fees apply from the moment you accept, even inside the 12-hour window.

Members with an active 4x, 8x, 12x or Unlimited monthly membership may stand by for the class immediately before or after their booking. If a spot is open 5 minutes before that class starts, it is yours.

If you do not get into the standby class and miss your original one, your credit is forfeited. Unlimited members are charged the $10 late-cancellation fee instead.

Credits expire from the date of purchase. Classes must be booked and taken by the expiration date.

• New Member 6 for $72: 21 days
• Drop-in or single credit: 14 days
• 5-class pack: 30 days
• 10-class pack: 60 days
• 15-class pack: 90 days

Promotional offers expire as stated at purchase. Monthly membership credits follow your Membership Agreement. Your exact expiration date is shown in your member account. We do not refund or extend expired credits.

Grip socks are required for every class. Bring water, because every class is heated. Grip socks and water bottles are sold in the studio, and towels are provided.

Filming is not permitted while class is in session. The only exception is a class labeled content friendly on the schedule. If you film during any other class, your coach will ask you to leave.

By booking a content friendly class, you consent to being filmed by other members and by ONYX, and to that content being posted publicly.

Photos before and after class are welcome.

Members must be at least 16 to take class. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign your waiver before your first class.

Every ONYX class is heated. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists advises against heated exercise during pregnancy. Talk to your doctor before taking class.

If your doctor clears you and you are already an established ONYX member, tell your coach before class. Pregnancy is not the time to try heated reformer for the first time. To hold your credits or pause your membership, email your home studio.

If a class is canceled because of weather, your studio will notify you as soon as possible. If you have not heard from your studio, assume class is on. The standard cancellation policy applies to any class the studio has not canceled.
